Rapid connectivity for mission-critical applications

Delivering network-centric connectivity, the LinkWay_S2 system integrates voice, video, and data applications, automatically routing information over a mesh, single satellite hop network via unicast or multicast. LinkWay_S2 modems are operating on Wideband Global SATCOM (WGS) satellites and can be used over any commercial or military satellite on X-, C-, Ku-, or Ka-band using loop-back, split-beam or cross-strapped transponders.

Expanding on the proven capabilities of the successful LINKWAY® 2100 modem, LinkWay_S2 modems are more efficient than ever before. Adaptive on-demand bandwidth allocation and bandwidth-efficient coding and modulation engineered into the LinkWay_S2 system gives you cost-effective broadband connections between any LinkWay-equipped sites. Features such as turbo coding and 8PSK modulation provide substantial bandwidth savings, reducing your transponder costs compared with other systems.
